We started with one bottle of honey and too much habanero.
In 2021 two line cooks in Brooklyn couldn’t find a hot honey that was hot. So we made one, put it in a squeeze bottle, and drew the label with a Sharpie. The Sharpie is still, basically, the logo.

Pouring is for people with patience. Every PUCKER product lives in a squeeze bottle or a wide-mouth jar.

Ingredients with addresses.
Our honey comes from a 4th-generation apiary in the Hudson Valley. Our chilies come from a family farm in New Mexico.

Pouches use 80% less plastic. Refills are always cheaper than bottles.
